When it comes to a Sew in Kei is the only Stylist for me.  She prides herself on making sure my Sew ins  blend flawlessly with my natural hair color.  From sew-ins, closures, custom color to my natural hair she takes her time and never disappoints.  My hair is very long and thick so she uses a unique technique and braid pattern to ensure my Sew in is always flat.  In fact everyone always thinks I am rocking my natural hair.  Our hair appointments are usually one-on-one sessions and I crave the special attention Kei gives my natural hair at the shampoo bowl. I recently booked her $495 Sew in special including bundles.  She is a highly experienced hidden gem in Toledo, Ohio.

Very professional, very sweet to talk too. My hair feels so clean, and soft. She was able to get me in under short notice. Very understanding, and attentive. Shop is very clean. Thank you so much, I will be back.

The old BAIT AND SWITCH !! Get into this ! ❤️‍🔥 😭$580 . even though it only should’ve been 400 or less being that she went and bought hair store bundles. I got zero custom bundles, which I paid for The $580 wasn’t the problem smh .. Zero stars I gave this woman MarKeisha $580 Because she told me she provided the bundles and she color the custom bundles ..she did neither … She went to the hair store and got some Remy bundles That was not the color of the HAIR that I asked her to get i also told her my braids was to big she told me she had a technique to make them flatter it didn’t work. I was trying to trust the process But after wrapping my hair, the next day, I was dissatisfied with the huge braids under my sew in Also, noticing she didn’t get the hair color, I asked her to get she was unable to color the bundles … told me this while I was in the chair… I couldn’t have cancelled the appointment if I wanted to ..she didn’t give me the choice so she went to the hair store and got some bundles that I would’ve never bought . I’m going to add photos . She got smart with me and she’s trying to manipulate another grown woman. She’s trying to charge me more money for a service she didn’t do correctly… and lied about the coloring the hair until the very last min …And she already has $580 of my money and I’m dissatisfied .. I asked her nicely to get the hair that I originally asked for, and I asked for a reinstall She said it’ll be an extra $35 to take it down and an extra $175 for a reinstall .. I am so sad and I have to wear a scarf on my hair for over a week.. after paying $580 . I tried to be understanding, but this woman is very rude . Should be doing exactly what I asked from the very beginning Should have let me brought my own bundles then we would not be having this problem I would like my money back or I would like my hair done correctly and I will not be paying any more money. You already have $580 of my money and I don’t have a nice hairstyle.. please just do what we originally talked about… one side of my hair is full the other side thin cut up bad it don’t blend because she got what she wanted and NOT WHAT I PAID/ASKED FOR … the hair I asked for is T2 30/27 30 and 27 She went and got a T1 B27 ?????????? So unfortunate I was done like this I will be posting the full message on fb and here soon . I have many manipulating messages and recorded calls ill on post a few for now !!! I want my moneys worth !! The picture shows if she got the proper color, hair and did, smaller anchor braids And braids in general She wouldn’t have had to do all that cutting smh
